NPLQ Lifeguard Training Course
The National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is the leading certification for pool lifeguards in Ireland and the UK. 📋 What Is the NPLQ?

The course is physically demanding and includes practical assessments designed to simulate real-life scenarios.
📚 Course Structure
The course is divided into three key sections:

The Lifeguard and the Law, Swimming Pool Supervision

Intervention and Rescue, Emergency Action Plans

CPR, AED, and First Aid

✅ Entry Requirements
To enroll, candidates must:

Swim 50 metres in less than 60 seconds

⏱ Course Duration and Assessment
The NPLQ course involves a minimum of 36 hours of training (excluding breaks), and full attendance is required. Final assessment includes:

🗓 Certification Validity and Renewal
