A yoga class inspired by the Sivananda tradition is a yoga program taught by Siobhan Shinnor with a degree in yoga. Siobhan has a history of participating in various sports and training in her module of yoga therapy. This, combined with 20 years of teaching, 30 years of practice and a highly intuitive guided approach, delivers good results every time.
