Fitness Bootcamp classes are fun and exciting with workouts for all fitness levels. These classes are typically one hour long twice a week and consist of a combination of strength training, HIIT workouts, core work, cardio and everything in between. A fun full-body challenge awaits you and you’ll feel great at the end of the class. All aspects of outdoor group training, team building, functional corporate training, and everything in between, while maintaining core value of the eco-friendly combination of fitness and nature.
