The Boxercise HIIT course includes boxing moves typically done in circuit classes, as well as other types of training. Classes consist of jumping, boxing on punching bags, and pairs with pads and gloves. Full body workouts include squats, lunges, box jumps and battle ropes. Focus is placed on core work, with flexibility and improved mobility movements also a key part of fitness training.
