Ocean Fitness Personal Trainers conduct a variety of assessments beginning with a preparticipation health-screening, assessments of posture and movement, flexibility, balance, core function and body composition. Ocean Fitness has different workout areas. All classes are led by highly qualified Ocean Fitness team members who provide safe and effective training programs for individuals, small groups or those medically cleared to exercise. Swimming pool and heated hydrotherapy pool also available.
