Eunice established Ashtanga Yoga Cork to teach different forms of Yoga. She provides training from the beginning yoga poses within a group or private one to one session. In Ashtanga Yoga classes, each student learns at his or her own pace, with support and practical adjustments from the teacher as needed. Eunice has 200-hour Vinyasa teacher training.
